GENERAL TERMS
When you place an order through the website, you are considered to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement provided to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of products.
Shipping costs, including the cost of delivery, will be paid by the buyer.
Each product purchased will be delivered to the person and/or institution specified by the buyer within 30 days, not exceeding the legal period. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
If it becomes impossible to deliver the purchased product, the seller must inform the buyer of this situation within 3 days after learning about it. The full payment must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
If the buyer fails to pay the product price or cancels the payment through their bank, the seller is no longer obligated to deliver the product.
If it is determined that the credit card used for payment has been fraudulently used by unauthorized persons after the product has been delivered and the payment is not made to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days at the seller's expense.
In case of unforeseeable force majeure events preventing timely delivery of the product, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or a delay in delivery until the issue is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order, the payment will be refunded to the bank within 14 days.
The buyer must inspect the product before receiving it. If the product is damaged, stained, or defective, the buyer is responsible for protecting it after receipt. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
The buyer may use their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date, without any legal or penal responsibility and without providing any reason, by notifying the seller through the contact information provided below.
RETURN TERMS
The product to be returned must be in its original condition, with the label intact, hygiene seals unbroken, and in the original packaging, including the transparent protective pouch.
If you believe the package was damaged during shipping, please open and inspect it in front of the courier representative.
*** Products that are returned without a damage report will not be accepted.
The returned product must be accompanied by the invoice. Products that have lost their resellable condition or cannot be resold to another customer will not be accepted for return, and no refund will be issued.
For returns, you may send the product to the following address for free shipping, after providing our company code, 216625941, to MNG Kargo. This code is not a return code but is registered with MNG Kargo. It will be sufficient to provide this code at the shipping branch for correct delivery. It is recommended to include a note in the package specifying the products you wish to return.
The refunded amounts for approved returns will be processed and refunded as soon as possible.
